How to make a bid anonymous

If a bidder requests anonymity and hasn’t made their bid anonymous themselves when confirming their bid, you can update this on their behalf. Simply follow the steps below.

    • Go to Guests > Overview
    • Search for the guest name
    • Click on the guest’s name to open their profile
    • Scroll down to the Activity section
    • Click the eye icon next to the bid you want to make anonymous
    • Click OK to confirm

*If you would like to reverse this action, simply click the eye icon again to Make Known.

Making a bid anonymous
