Scheduling communication templates

You are able to schedule communications to your guests by following the steps below.

  • Go to Comms > Log
  • Click Send New – please note you can only select from manual templates
  • Click on the required template
  • Click on the Select Recipients button > Select the recipient list that you would like to send the communication to
  • Once you have selected the recipient list, click on the Continue to preview button
  • On the preview page click Schedule at the bottom of the page to select date and time
  • Click Schedule for later at the bottom of the page

*You will see a Dynamic Recipient List toggle next to Schedule Communication. If enabled, this scheduled communication will send to all guests from the recipient list including any new guest that are relevant to your recipient list after the communication was scheduled.
