Retracting an individual raffle ticket
- Go to Payments > Prize Draw
- Search for the guest’s name
- Select the ticket by ticking the checkbox
- Select ‘Void’ on the black bulk action pill
- Complete Required fields
- Click Void
Voiding a bundle of raffle tickets
- Go to Payments > Prize Draw
- Search for the guest’s name
- Select all tickets in the bundle by ticking the checkbox – the ‘Bundle’ column will state ‘Yes’
- Select ‘Void’ on the black bulk action pill
- Complete Required fields
- Click Void
*If you don’t want communication to be sent to the guest about the voided ticket(s) make sure you enable the Disable Communications toggle when completing the required fields.
