Re-setting a guest's password

If you need to re-set a guest's password simply follow these steps.

If you guest has trouble re-setting their password or they have forgotten it at the event, you can easily re-set it for them following these steps:

  • Go to Guests > Overview
  • Search for the guest name
  • Click on the green Edit pen
  • Input a new password for them in the System Password field
    • Top tip: keep it simple and easy for guest to use and remember (e.g. 123456)
  • Click Save and let the guest know what their new password is
    • They can change it in their Your Account section once they have logged back into their account
