Purchasing your own Stripe terminal for payments

If you would like to purchase your own Stripe devices to use for taking payments on Emma events, please follow the instructions below.

  1. Navigate to your Stripe account Dashboard
  2. Search for Terminal in the search bar
  3. Click on Shop
  4. You will be given several terminal options, however the Stripe Reader S700 with WIFI connectivity is the only one compatible with the Emma check in/payment system. 

  5. Once you receive your terminals, please reach out to your Account Manager, to schedule a call to connect the terminals to your event.
