Receiving notifications for guest activity

You can set up to receive e-mail or system notifications for ticket sales, registration updates, and fundraising activities following these steps.

  • Click on the Emma menu on the left hand side
  • Click on Account > Team
  • Click the green Edit pen on the team member you want to receive notifications for
  • Under Notification Preferences enable Email and/or System notifications for any of the functionality you would like to receive notifications for (e.g. Ticketing, Registration Updates, Fundraising)
  • If you do not with to receive these notifications for every event in your account, you are able to specify the events in the Restrict To Event/s field
