Closing the raffle/prize draw and choosing winners

To close your Raffle/Prize Draw and choose winners, simply follow these steps.

• Go to Fundraising > Raffles
• Click on the Raffle/Prize Draw title
• Click on ‘Choose Random Winner/s’
• The winner(s) will appear in bold under the ‘Draw Outcome’ section
• You can now notify the winners and losers by clicking on ‘Notify Winners’ and ‘Notify Losers’ (you can amend either template in Communication Templates first)
