If you have received offline donations or would like to include offline ticket sales in the Grand Total simply follow these steps.
First you will need to set up a guest account that you will record the offline donations/ticket sales against. This could be named “Offline Donations” or you can add them against your own user/test user.
Once the account has been added, simply:
- Go to Activity
- Click Add Activity
- In the Guest field search for the guest account name you are using/have created
- Click Add Pledge
- Choose the Pledge you want to record the offline donation against
- Write the amount in Pledge Amount field and add in any notes you like in the Notes field
- Click Add > Add Activity
