You will need the following information to add a bid on behalf of a guest for the auction item:
- Full name of Guest
- Email address
- Bid amount
- Item name/number
To add the bid simply:
- Go to Activity
- Click on Add Activity
- Type/choose the guest in Guest field
- If the guest doesn’t exist on the system yet, simply click on Add New Guest, complete their First Name, Last Name and Email > click Add
- Click on Add Bid
- Choose the correct item from the ‘Item’ dropdown field
- Add bid amount
- Click Add > click Add Activity
