# Managing leaderboard elements

## You are able to manage your leaderboard elements during the event by publishing or drafting them by following these steps.

You can set up all the different leaderboard elements you wish to show at any point during the event (e.g. auction items carousel, pledge totaliser, total revenue, items without bids etc). 

During your event, you can simply then choose which element(s) you'd like to have showing on the screens at any time by making sure that those elements are Published and the others are in Draft.

- Go to **All Pages** \> **Leaderboard**
- Click to expand **Elements**
- **Create** the elements you'd like to show
- Click on **Draft** so the element gets Published (to show on leaderboard)
- Or click on **Published** to Draft the element (to not show on leaderboard)
