Different screen sizes can sometimes render background images on leaderboards differently and thereby cut off the bottom of the image.
To get round this simply follow these steps:
- Visit the Fundraising > Leaderboard page.
- Ensure you have uploaded your Background Image and pressed Save.
- Ensure the Hide Leaderboard Menu Link is off.
- Visit the microsite on he laptop you are using to feed the screen from.
- Put the microsite into full screen mode from the browser.
- Click on the Leaderboard link that should show on the menu.
- The leaderboard will now be visible full screen and the image should stretch across all edges of the background.
- Revisit the Fundraising > Leaderboard page and turn on the Hide Leaderboard Menu Link.
- Press Save.
