How to send e-tickets
If you are wanting to send e-tickets to your guests for check-in etc simply follow these steps.
- Go to Comms > Communication Send
- Select the ‘e-ticket distribution’ template from the Select Template dropdown
- Check the email and SMS one final time to ensure it is the desired wording or amend them in Communication Templates
- Scroll down to Recipient List
- Select the Guest with Ticket| RSVP: Yes (paid up) e-ticket recipient list
- Note: it is vital that you select this recipient list as this is what determines the e-tickets being attached
- You will then be able to view the Recipients, and you can unselect any guests if necessary
- Click ‘Send Communication’ > click ‘Yes’
