How to select additional fields for Admin Dash view

If you would like to be able to view additional (non-default) fields in the Admin Dash (e.g. fields you added on Sign Up or Registration – dietaries, accessibility etc) simply follow these steps.

To enable additional fields for the Admin Dash, you need to have an Emma admin account (e.g. volunteers would not be able to action this and would need an Emma account holder to do this for them).

  • Go to All Pages > Tickets
  • Click on the Check-In tab
  • Click on Admin dash fields button on the right
  • Select the questions from this list that you want to be able to select and see answers for in the Admin Dash when checking guests in (in the example below “Any dietary requirements?” has been selected)
  • Click Save
  • Now anyone who has check in user account logins can navigate to the Admin Dash and select the answers they’d like to see by simply:
    • Click on the Guest fields button (eye icon)
    • Select the fields you’d like to view when checking in guests
    • You can also re-order the fields by dragging and dropping them into the order you’d like to see them
    • Click Save
    • The fields will now show on the overview (in the example below “Any dietary requirements?” field is now showing)
