- Go to Activity
- If you like, you can filter the activity to Pledges & Donations by clicking on the Filter icon next to the search field and selecting Pledges & Donations in Activity Type
- Search for the bidder's name
- Click on the three dots ‘…’ on the left and click on Void
- Add in your Reference and select ‘Retract’ in Void Type field
- Click on Void
