- Go to Activity
- If you like, you can filter the activity to All Bids by clicking on the Filter icon next to the search field and selecting All Bids in Activity Type
- Search for the bidder name
- Click on the three dots ‘…’ on the left and click on Retract Bid
- You will be asked if you are sure you want to retract the bid, click on Retract Bid again
- Add in your Reference and select ‘Cancel’ in Void Type field
- Click on Void
* If you don’t want the bidder to receive a notification that their bid has been retracted then pause the communication template first in Comms > Communication Templates > click into Bid Retracted template > toggle on Pause Email and Pause Text > Save
**If you don’t want the underbidder to receive a notification that they are the highest bidder again then pause the communication template first in Comms > Communication Templates > click into Retracted Bid Underbidder Notification template > toggle on Pause Email and Pause Text > Save
