How to personalise your Donation Thank You message

When a guest makes a donation, they’ll receive a Donation Thank You message alongside the generic Payment Confirmation email. To personalise the Donation Thank You message (and make it more relevant to your event and your guests), simply follow the steps below.

    • Navigate to the Comms tab
    • Scroll down to the Pledges & Donations templates
    • Click Donation Thank You
    • Edit the email body with your personalised message
    • Click Save

Your guests will then receive your personalised thank you message whenever they make a donation on your site.
