# How to personalise your Donation Thank You message

## When a guest makes a donation, they’ll receive a Donation Thank You message alongside the generic Payment Confirmation email. To personalise the Donation Thank You message (and make it more relevant to your event and your guests), simply follow the steps below.

- Navigate to the **Comms** tab
- Scroll down to the **Pledges & Donations** templates
- Click **Donation Thank You**
- Edit the email body with your personalised message
- Click **Save**

Your guests will then receive your personalised thank you message whenever they make a donation on your site.
