How to display fundraising elements on the leaderboard

To display fundraising content on screens at your event, please follow the steps below

Adding a Fundraising Element:

  • Go to All Pages > Leaderboard
  • Scroll down to Elements
  • Click + Add Element
  • Select the Element Type from the drop-down field *We recommend displaying the Carousel of Silent Auction items throughout the event
  • Select the Time Shown (the element will show for the time selected, before automatically showing the next element)
  • Click Create

Displaying the leaderboard on screens:

  • Go to All Pages > Leaderboard
  • Click Microsite Page on the horizontal menu
  • Click Draft to make Published
  • Click the Edit Pencil icon, next to the Leaderboard title and toggle on Hide from Menu Link (this is to ensure the leaderboard page doesn’t show on your microsite menu)
  • View the page, copy the URL link and send to your AV Team
  • The AV team can simply paste the URL into a browser and enable full screen on a laptop. *Ensure your laptop display/sleep settings are set to ‘Never’ and ensure Notifications have been disabled.
