# How to Bulk Download Guest Invoices and Receipts

## You can download multiple invoices or receipts at once by following the steps below.

- Go to **Payments**
- Select the payment tab you want to download documents from (for example, **Guests**, **Ticketing**, **Auction**, or **Pledges & Donations**)
- Tick the box in the left-hand column to select all payments, or choose the specific payments you want
- Navigate to the **Bulk Action** tab
- Click the **three-dots** (**...**)
- Select **Download Receipts** or **Download Invoices**
- You'll receive an email with a link to download the requested files
