# How to archive a guest

## To archive a guest and remove them from the main Guest Overview simply follow the steps below.

- Go to **Guests \> Overview**
- Search for the guest name
- Click the **three dots** '...' on the guest’s row to **Edit** their profile
- Scroll down to **General Data**
- Toggle on **Archived**
- Click **Save**

When a guest is archived:

- They are removed from the main **Guest Overview**
- Their profile remains accessible using the **Archived** filter
- They are removed from communication recipient lists
- They won't be able to sign up/sign in to the microsite with the archived email and/or mobile number
