How to amend the microsite sign up form

When a guest signs up to your site (e.g to place a bid or purchase a ticket), they are asked to complete a short form. If you would like to amend this form or add custom questions, please follow the steps below

*The minimum required fields on sign up are First Name, Last Name, Email OR Mobile, Password OR Pin

Adding a custom Sign Up Field:

  • Go to Guests > Sign Up
  • Click + Add field
  • Enter your Sign Up Question and choose the Question Type *The Question Type determines the Answer field e.g Multiple Choice, Short Free Text
  • You can add a Tooltip if you would like to provide further information
  • Choose the Field Status:
  • Sign Up Active – the question will be optional
  • Sign Up Required – the questions will be mandatory

*You can always amend the Field Status via the tick boxes and columns shown below.

  • Click Create
  • Scroll to the bottom of the list and click Save

Enabling Address Look Up:

  • If you require guests address details on sign up, tick the Address Line 1 field
  • A pop-up will appear asking you if you would like to Enable Address Lookup (where guests can search for their address)
  • We recommend clicking Yes, enable lookup

*You can also enable this setting under Guests > Settings
