How to add a banner to your microsite

You can add a banner at the top of your microsite to notify guests of any important changes or news (e.g. tickets on sale/auction open/venue change etc).

  • Go to Setup > Advanced
  • Toggle on Banner Active
    • If you want the banner to be dynamic and scroll in a loop then toggle on Banner Scroll
  • You can add in a specific time when you want it to be active from and to.
  • Type your message into the “Banner Message” field
  • Click Save
