- Once successful payment has been made, the winning guest will receive an email with the Subject: Redeem your item – Auction Item Title
- Click Redeem your item via the button in the email
- Complete the required questions listed on the redemption form and tick the Ts and Cs box
- Click Redeem Voucher
- The supplier of the auction item will be in touch within 3-5 working days to confirm their booking
