Host assigning tickets to their guests
A ticket host can assign their tickets to their guests in their account. These are the steps the host needs to follow.
- Log into your account on the event site
- Go to Your Account > Tickets

- Click Complete guest information
- The first ticket will be assigned to yourself automatically. If you are not attending, you can click Reset ticket to assign to someone else.
- Complete any additional information required, then click Save.

- To assign a ticket to your next guest, go to Guest 2, complete the First Name and Last Name at a minimum, and click Assign to Guest.
- You can add your guest’s email here too, if you will be sharing the ticket with them.

If you have added an email address, you will be able to click Send Invite and share directly with your guest.

- The new guest will receive an invite via email to create their account and complete the registration questions themselves.

If you haven’t added your guest’s email address, you can fill out the registration questions on their behalf and click Save.
- For your guests tickets without contact details, their e-tickets would be sent to you.
