Host assigning tickets to their guests

A ticket host can assign their tickets to their guests in their account. These are the steps the host needs to follow.

  • Log into your account on the event site
  • Go to Your Account > Tickets
  • Click Complete guest information
  • To assign Guest 1 to yourself tick the ‘Assign the ticket to me’ box 
    • Complete any additional information required, then click Save.

 

  • To assign a ticket to your next guest, go to Guest 2, complete the contact details of your guest and click Assign to Guest
    • You will need to add the guest's First Name, Last Name and Email as the minimum

  • The new guest will receive an invite via email to create their account and complete the registration questions.
