Force tickets to remain with Host

If you would like the ticket purchaser to use their contact details for all tickets purchased, you can remove the ability for hosts to re-assign their tickets by following these steps.

  • Go to All Pages > Tickets
  • Click on the ticket type to edit (If you haven’t yet created a ticket, follow the steps to create a ticket)
  • Scroll to Ticket Assigning Settings (full form view)
  • Toggle on Force tickets to remain with Host
  • Ticket Hosts will be able to complete Guest Names and registration questions (e.g dietaries) from within their account, they won’t see the email and mobile fields.

*Please note, you won’t be able to enable this setting if tickets have already been sold

*All comms regarding the tickets would go to the Ticket purchaser e.g e-tickets
