Go to Setup > Payment Methods
- Click on Configure on the Credit Card payment option
- *You can now choose when you want your guests to pre-auth their cards:
- On registration/signing up to your event toggle on Card Pre Auth Required on Registration
- On making their first bid on an auction item toggle on Card Pre Auth Required on Bid
*Please note you can only have one or the other option, you won’t be able to ask for pre-auth on both registration and first bid
- For both options you can also change the default wording tor the sentence the guests see when pre-authorising their card, simply add the text into the text box below the toggle
- Click Save
