Embedding videos on your Microsite
To embed videos from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo onto your microsite pages follow these steps.

- Go to All Pages and click on the page where you want to add a video
- Add a new page element, we recommend using a Text Box or Text Section
- In the page element content, click the Image icon and select Video
- Choose Embedded Code
- Paste your video embed code from YouTube or Vimeo into the field provided
- Click Insert to add the video to the page
- Click Save to publish your changes
Embedding a YouTube Live Stream on Your Microsite
To embed a YouTube Live Stream onto your microsite, follow the steps below.
Create Your Live Stream in YouTube
- Sign in to your YouTube account
- Click Create
- Select Go Live
Set Up Your Live Stream
- Enter a title for your live stream
- Upload a thumbnail image
- Under audience settings, select “No, it’s not made for kids.”
- Ensure Allow Embedding is enabled
- Click Next to continue
- Set the visibility to Public
- If required, schedule a date and time for your live stream
Copy the Embed Code
- Return to your YouTube channel
- Open the Live tab and your scheduled or active live stream should appear here
- Open the live stream video
- Click Share.
- Select Embed
- Copy the embed code provided by YouTube
You can then embed the Live Stream to your Microsite by following the same steps above.
