# Editing communication templates using AI

## To create engaging templates for your event, simply follow the steps below.

- Go to **Comms** \> **Templates**
- Clickon the **template section** required

- Click on any template you wish to amend using AI
- You can click **Optimize using AI** within the **Email Subject, Email Message and Text message**
- Create your own prompts or use suggested ones and let AI work it’s magic!

*\*Once AI has generated you a new message, click **Apply** to confirm the new message or **Regenerate** to create a different message*

*\*If using AI multiple times, you can click **Undo** which will take you back to your previous message created by AI*
