Direct Debit Payment Option

If you would like to offer your guests the option to pay via direct debit, simply follow these steps.

Go to Setup > Payment Methods:

    • Toggle on Direct debit
    • This will then open a pop up where you can configure the threshold and amend the direct debit fee percentage if you wish
    • If you want everyone to pay via direct debit for payments above a certain threshold (e.g. £1), add in your amount and then toggle on Force direct debit payment threshold
      • If the Force direct debit payment threshold is not toggled on, the guests will get an option to either pay with card details or pay via direct debit if the amount is above of the one you have set

*The minimum fee that Stripe charge for direct debit payments is 20p, and the maximum fee has a £4.00 cap. It is a great way to save on stripe fees.
