Customising Event Ticket Confirmation Comms
If you would like to personalise the email that guests receive as a ticket purchase confirmation, simply follow these steps.
When guests purchase an Event ticket, they receive the email: Event Ticket Confirmation. This is the same email for all Ticket Types.
If each Ticket Type requires specific information included in the confirmation email, you can add this to the Email Confirmation Information field for each ticket.
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to All Pages > Tickets
- Click on the Ticket Type that requires specific confirmation information, scroll to Email Confirmation Information field
- You can add specific details that only apply to this particular Ticket Type
- This information will be pulled into the main Event Ticket Confirmation email through the tag present in the email: (#ticket_confirmation_info#)
