Creating/editing an e-ticket
If you would like to distribute e-tickets for check-in etc simply follow these steps.
- Go to All Pages > Tickets > Ticketing Overview
- Click on the ticket for which you want to enable e-tickets for
- Scroll down to the E-tickets section and toggle on Enable E-tickets
- You can customise the E-tickets for all ticket types you enabled the e-ticket setting under Tickets > Settings > E-tickets settings
Or
- You can customise the E-tickets for specific ticket types you enabled the e-ticket setting by clicking Customise E-Ticket template toggle and updating the e-ticket fields appearing below
- Personalise the ticket by adding in your logo, sponsor logo (if applicable) and banner colour etc.
- Add any ticket information by selecting the toggles for the information you would like to hide or customise the default terminology as you wish
- Click Save
- Repeat for each ticket level you wish to edit
