Creating/editing an e-ticket

If you would like to distribute e-tickets for check-in etc simply follow these steps.

  • Go to All Pages > Tickets > Ticketing Overview
  • Click on the ticket for which you want to enable e-tickets for
  • Scroll down to the E-tickets section and toggle on Enable E-tickets 
  • Personalise the ticket by adding in your logo, sponsor logo (if applicable) and banner colour etc. 
  • Add any ticket information by selecting the toggles for the information you would like to hide or customise the default terminology as you wish 
  • Click Save 
  • Repeat for each ticket level you wish to edit
