Creating Ticket Add – Ons
Ticket add-ons are particularly useful when selling a primary ticket type with optional add-ons. Here's a brief overview of the process to set it up.
1. Create a New Ticket Type: Begin by creating a new ticket type that will function as the add-on – help article here.
2. Enable the 'Ticket Add-On Only' Toggle: Ensure the 'Add-on only' toggle is enabled for this ticket type. This designates the ticket as an optional add-on.

3. Associate the Add-On with the Primary Ticket: Next, edit the main ticket to which the add-on should be attached. In the "Associated Add-On Ticket" field, select the add-on ticket you created in step 1.

Once completed, customers will have the option to add this item when purchasing the primary ticket.
