Creating an Agenda

To add an Agenda please follow the steps below:

  • Go to All Pages > Agendas
  • Click Add agenda
  • Populate the required fields and click save.

Making the Agendas page Live / Private:

  • Make your Agendas page live, by clicking on the Microsite page tab > click Draft to Publish.
  • If you would like the page to be Private (so that only those who have signed up will be able to see the page), click the Pencil Icon next to Agendas, and toggle on Private.

Agenda settings:

  • When creating an agenda, you can scroll to the Settings section to control how guests select / are assigned agendas.
  • Enable Selection on Ticket Purchase – if enabled, guests will be able to choose this agenda item when they purchase an event ticket (you can restrict Agendas to specific ticket types, see screenshot below).
  • Apply on Ticket Payment – When a guest successfully pays for a ticket, they will be automatically assigned this agenda item and will be able to view the agenda within their account.
