Creating a Sponsorship Package ticket type

If you want to sell Sponsorship packages as a ‘ticket’ on your Tickets page, simply follow the steps below.

  • Go to All Pages > Tickets
  • Click on the ticket type to edit (If you haven’t yet created a ticket, follow the steps to create a ticket)
  • Scroll to Ticket Assigning Settings (full form view)
  • Toggle on Hide ticket assigning
  • The purchaser won’t be able to assign this ticket type to another guest since assigning fields will be hidden on this ticket type

We would also recommend Hiding the ‘seats’ on checkout:

  • Go to All Pages > Tickets > Settings
  • In Ticket Settings, toggle on Hide Seats in Checkout
