Collecting all outstanding payments for a guest via pre auth

If you have enabled pre-authorisation of cards on your event, you can collect all outstanding payments (e.g. auction items, donations, tickets, prize draw tickets) from a guest in one go. Simply follow these steps.

  • Go to Payments > Guests
  • Select the guest(s) you’d like to collect payments for
    • Please note that you can only do these for guests who have their cards pre-authorised. You will see a card icon under Card Pre Auth column if it is pre-authorised.
  • On the bulk action ribbon at the bottom right click on Collect payments button
