Checking in VIP Guests
If you would like to assign VIP status to guests, and be alerted when they have been checked in, simply follow these steps.
Assigning VIP status to a Guest
- Go to Guests > Overview and search for the guest name
- Click the three dots > Edit on the guest profile
- Scroll down to General Data section and enable “VIP Guest”
- Click Save

Viewing / Scanning a VIP guest’s ticket in Admin Dash
- In your Admin Dash, you will see your list of guests
- VIP guests will have a Gold VIP banner on their tickets
- When you scan a VIP guest’s e-ticket, you will see a Gold VIP banner on the pop-up.


VIP Notifications for Event Manager
- When a VIP guest is checked in manually or they have their e-ticket scanned, your Event Manager will be sent the communication VIP Guest Check-In which can be viewed and edited under Comms > Templates.
