Cancelling recurring donations on the backend

To cancel a recurring donation on the backend of Emma follow the steps below.

    • Go to the Activity page
    • Filter by Regular Donations in the Activity type field
    • Search for the guest’s name
    • Click on the ‘…’ next to the guest
    • Select End recurrence
    • Complete the Reason field
    • Turn on the Disable Communications toggle if you don’t wish to notify your guest
    • Click End

*Donors can cancel their recurring donation by logging into their account on the microsite > go to Pledge > click Cancel next to the recurring donation.
