# Assigning Table Numbers to Guests who have signed up prior to the event

## If you would like to assign table numbers to guests who have signed up prior to the event, simply follow the steps below.

- Go to **Guests \> Overview**
- Click **Add guest**
- Click **Bulk edit**
- Click **Export data to CSV**
- Fill out the **Table Number** field for all guests
- Before re-uploading the data, delete all columns from the CSV spreadsheet apart from **Table Number and \*id**

***\*Please note, it is essential that the \*id column remains in the upload***

- Drag the completed CSV file into the Bulk Edit box or click **choose file**
- The table numbers will now be assigned to your guests

**Completing the Table Number field only and keeping the id\* column**

**Re-upload the completed CSV file**
