Assigning Table Numbers to Guests who have signed up prior to the event

If you would like to assign table numbers to guests who have signed up prior to the event, simply follow the steps below.

  • Go to Guests > Overview
  • Click Add guest
  • Click Bulk edit
  • Click Export data to CSV
  • Fill out the Table Number field for all guests
  • Before re-uploading the data, delete all columns from the CSV spreadsheet apart from Table Number and *id

*Please note, it is essential that the *id column remains in the upload

  • Drag the completed CSV file into the Bulk Edit box or click choose file
  • The table numbers will now be assigned to your guests
