Assigning an Admin Guest to tickets

You can assign an Admin Guest to a ticket so they can manage it on behalf of the host and guest by following the steps below.

  • Go to All Pages > Tickets
  • Click All Tickets
  • Search for host name
  • Click on the Drop-down arrow next to their name, then click the Assign guest button (pink button)
  • Click Advanced information
  • Add Admin guest
  • Repeat for each guest required > click Save.

This allows someone other than the host or allocated guest to administrate the ticket (basically 'on behalf of guest'). The guest entered in this field will be able to see and modify the ticket on the microsite within Your Account > Tickets.
