# Assigning an Admin Guest to tickets

## You can assign an Admin Guest to a table or group ticket, allowing them to manage the ticket on behalf of the host or guest. Simply follow the steps below.

- Go to **All Pages** \> **Tickets**
- Click **All Tickets**
- Search for the **host name**
- Click the pink **Missing Information** icon
- At the top of the form, locate the **Admin guest** field
- Click the **Admin guest** field and search for an existing guest or add their details
- Click **Save**

If a specific seat on a group ticket needs a different Admin Guest, you can assign an Admin Guest at seat level by following the steps below.

- Click **Advanced information** on the seat you wish to edit
- Add the relevant **Admin guest** as above
- Repeat these steps for each guest who requires a different Admin Guest
- Click **Save**

*This allows someone other than the host or allocated guest to manage the ticket(s) on behalf of the guest. The guest entered in the Admin guest field will receive communications relating to the ticket, such as registration reminders when guest information is incomplete and e-ticket distribution emails. They will also always be able to view and modify the ticket on the microsite via Account \> Tickets.*
