# Asking guests for missing registration information

## If you have registration questions attached to your tickets and would like to send a reminder to guests to complete their registration, simply follow these steps.

- Go to **Comms** \> **Log**
- Click **Send New**
- Select **Guest Registration Info Incomplete\*** template
- Make sure you are happy with the e-mail 
    - *Please make sure not to amend the email button link field*
- Click on the **Select** **Recipients **button\> Select the recipient list that you would like to send the communication to
- Default recipient list will be **Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (All Fields)\*** recipient list             
    - If you want to send this to **only table hosts** then choose **Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (Host Only)\***
    - If you want to only send it to **guests who have any** **required questions** **unanswered**, select **Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (Required Fields)\***
- Once you have selected the recipient list, click on the **Continue to preview button**
- Click ‘**Send**’ \> click ‘**Send**’ again to confirm

*The communication will be sent out within 5-10 minutes and will appear in the Log.*
