Asking guests for missing registration information
If you have registration questions attached to your tickets and would like to send a reminder to guests to complete their registration, simply follow these steps.
- Go to Comms > Log
- Click Send New
- Select Guest Registration Info Incomplete* template
- Make sure you are happy with the e-mail
- Please make sure not to amend the email button link field
- Click on the Select Recipients button > Select the recipient list that you would like to send the communication to
- Default recipient list will be Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (All Fields)* recipient list
- If you want to send this to only table hosts then choose Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (Host Only)*
- If you want to only send it to guests who have any required questions unanswered, select Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (Required Fields)*
- Once you have selected the recipient list, click on the Continue to preview button
- Click ‘Send’ > click ‘Send’ again to confirm
The communication will be sent out within 5-10 minutes and will appear in the Log.
