Asking guests for missing registration information

If you have registration questions attached to your tickets and would like to send a reminder to guests to complete their registration, simply follow these steps.

  • Go to Comms > Communication Send
  • Select Guest Registration Info Incomplete* template from the ‘Select Template’ dropdown
  • Make sure you are happy with the e-mail
    • Please make sure not to amend the email button link field
  • Scroll down to Recipient List
  • Select Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (All Fields)* recipient list            
    • If you want to send this to only table hosts then choose Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (Host Only)*
    • If you want to only send it to guests who have any required questions unanswered, select Guests With Registration Info Incomplete (Required Fields)*
  • Click ‘Send Communication’ > click ‘Yes

*It is important that you choose this specific communication template and recipient list as listed above to make sure the correct link is sent to the right guests.

The communication will be sent out within 5-10 minutes and will appear in Communication Log.
