# Amending the host on an existing ticket

## If you need to amend the Host of an existing ticket (the person who will manage the tickets/registration) simply follow these steps.

- Go to **All Pages** \> **Tickets** \> **Ticketing Overview**
- Click **All Tickets**
- **Search** for the current table host or the guest with multiple tickets
- Click the **Edit assigned guest icon** (next to“…” ) on the ticket line you want to amend the host for

- Click **into the Host’s Email Address field – please note that the host will be updated on all tickets within the group**

- **Click Proceed** on the warning message
- Under **Host** type the new Host’s name and select them from the dropdown or click **add new guest** if they don’t already exist in the system
- Click **Save**
