Amending the host on an existing ticket
If you need to amend the Host of an existing ticket (the person who will manage the tickets/registration) simply follow these steps.
- Go to All Pages > Tickets > Ticketing Overview
- Click All Tickets
- Search for the current table host or the guest with multiple tickets
- Click the Edit assigned guest icon (next to “…” ) on the ticket line you want to amend the host for
- Click Advanced Information
- Under Host type the new Host’s name and select them from the dropdown or click add new guest if they don’t already exist in the system
- Click Save
