Amending the Host on an existing ticket

If you need to amend the Host of an existing ticket (the person who will manage the tickets/registration) simply follow these steps.

  • First add the Host in Guests Overview if they don't already exist in your event (Adding guests to your event help article). 
  • Go to All Pages > Tickets > Ticketing Overview
  • Click All Tickets
  • Search for the current table host or the guest with multiple tickets
  • Click the three dots “…” and then click Edit on the ticket line you want to amend the host for
  • Under Host type the new Host’s name and select them from the dropdown
  • Click Save
