- First you need to create ticket sections - How to Add Ticket Sections to your Tickets page
- Go to All pages > Tickets
- Select the ticket types required
- Click ‘…’ on the bulk action pill and select Add to section
*You can clear ticket types from sections by selecting the Clear section button
