Adding offline donations/ticket sales/payments to the grand total

If you have received offline donations or would like to include offline ticket sales in the Grand Total simply follow these steps.

First you will need to set up a guest account that you will record the offline donations/ticket sales against. This could be named “Offline Donations” or you can add them against your own user/test user.

Adding guests to your event

Once the account has been added, simply:

  • Go to Activity
  • Click Add activity
  • In the Guest field search for the guest account name you are using/have created
  • Click Add pledge
  • Choose the Pledge you want to record the offline donation against
  • Write the amount in Pledge Amount field and add in any notes you like in the Notes field
  • Click Add Add Activity
