# Adding a donation manually to a fundraising page

## To add a donation to an individual giving page manually, please follow the steps detailed here:

- Go to the **Activity tab**
- Click **Add Activity**
- Search for **Guest name** who made the donation (or add as a new guest if required) \> Click on the **‘+ Pledge’** button
- Select ‘**Individual Giving**’ in the Pledge field
- Select the Fundraiser’s name in the **Fundraiser field**
- Add the donation amount in the **Pledge Amount** field
- **Click Add** and then click **Add Activity**

\*If the donation has already been paid, then click **Add & Pay for Activity** and select **Add manual payment** to complete the required fields.
