Adding Apple Pay to your event
If you want to give your guests the option to pay with Apple Pay, follow these steps.
For Apple Pay you need to have a private domain for your event, download the verification file from Stripe and upload it to Emma in Settings > Payments > Apple Verification File. Make sure “Hide Mobile Wallet Pay Button” is toggled off.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Complete the following process on you Stripe account in Settings > Payment Methods > Apple Pay
- Click + Add new domain
- Enter the Private domain for Emma Microsite (you can copy this from Setup > General > Private Domain) into the domain field and then click Save and Continue
- Click (2) Download
- Add the verification file to Emma in Setup > Payment Methods > click on Configure on Credit Card > Apple Verification File
- Toggle off Hide Mobile Wallet Pay Button > click Save
- Once the file has been added on Emma, go back to Stripe and click Verify
- Check that the new domain appears in the list of Web Domains with a green “Enabled” next to it.
