# Adding activity to a guest and charging card on file at the same time

## If you would like to manually add an activity behalf of a guest simply follow these steps.

**You will need the following information to add a bid on behalf of a guest for the auction item:**

- Full name of Guest
- Email address

**To add the bid simply:**

- Go to **Activity**
- Click on **Add Activity**
- Type/choose the guest in **Guest** field – guests with their card details on file will have a card icon next to their name
- **Select the required activity type you with to add – Bid / Buy Now / Pledge / Ticket / Raffle Ticket**
- Complete the required fields on the pop-up page
- Click **Add** \> click **Add Activity**
- To take payment for the activity select the **Proceed to take payment button**
