Adding activity to a guest and charging card on file at the same time

You will need the following information to add a bid on behalf of a guest for the auction item:

To add the bid simply:

Go to Activity
Click on Add Activity
Type/choose the guest in Guest field – guests with their card details on file will have a card icon next to their name
Select the required activity type you with to add – Bid / Buy Now / Pledge / Ticket / Raffle Ticket
Complete the required fields on the pop-up page
Click Add > click Add Activity
To take payment for the activity select the Proceed to take payment button
