Adding a venue seating plan to the tickets page

Should you want guests to see a seating layout of your venue while purchasing tickets on the microsite, e.g. for a concert, simply follow the steps below.

  • Go to All Pages > Tickets
  • Click on the Settings tab
  • Upload a Venue seating image and enter Venue seating button text *The recommended size for the venue seating image is 500x300px, and it must be under 5MB
  • Click Save

 

  • The Venue seating button is displayed on the site under the Tickets title. *If you wish to add additional text above the button, this can be added via All Pages > Tickets > Microsite page tab > Header element > Subtitle field
  • When a guest clicks the button, your seating plan will appear in full screen, and they can click ‘x’ to exit
