Adding a Buy Now Item purchase

If you would like to add a Buy Now Item purchase for a guest, simply follow these steps.

    • Go to Activity
    • Click Add Activity
    • Search for the guest name in Guest field
      •  If the guest doesn’t exist on the system yet, simply click on Add new guest, complete their First Name, Last Name, Email and Mobile Number > click Add 
    • Click Add Activity > Buy Now

  •  Choose the correct item from the ‘Item’ dropdown field

  • Click Add

  • Enable or disable Guest Pays Fees depending on if they are using a card to pay and whether you want them to cover that fee 
  • Click Add Activity > click Proceed to take payment
  • If the guest is paying with cash or check click on Add manual payment and then complete the payment type and reference.
    • Make sure the Guest Pays Fees is disabled
  • If the guest is paying with a card already on file you will see a Charge guest's card button

  • If the guest does not have a card on file and you do not have a card reader connected to your event,  click on Add card details 
    • Complete the Card number, Expiry date and Security code > click Save card

  • If the guest does not have a card on file and you have a card reader connected click on Pay via card reader
