# Charging guest's card for unpaid activity

## If a guest has unpaid activity or you want to add activity for them and charge their card for it straight away, simply follow these steps.

**If charging card for unpaid activity:**

- Go to **Payments** \> **Guests**
- Click on the three dots **'...'** on the right on the guest row
- Click **Pay**

**If adding new activity and charging guest's card for it:**

- Go to **Activity**
- Click **Add Activity**
- Search for the guest (or add a new guest)
- Click **Add Activity** \> choose the activity you want to add \> complete the fields and click **Add**
- Click **Add Activity** \> click **Proceed to take payment**

**To add and charge the guest's card:**

- Click **Add card details**
- Complete the **Card number**, **Expiry date** and **Security code** \> click **Save card**
- Click **Charge guest's card**
- You will see a Payment Collection confirmation pop up
